Upon arriving at the scene, investigators discovered evidence of gunfire and located an abandoned vehicle that had been struck multiple times by bullets.
A short time later, officers found an 18-year-old Rochester resident inside Cobbs Hill Park suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. Emergency medical personnel responded and transported the victim to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment. Authorities said the young man was listed in stable condition.
