According to authorities, the fatal incident occurred at approximately 6:15 a.m. along Pea Ridge Road near Highway 441. Officials reported that a large tree suddenly fell onto a moving truck as it traveled through the area, striking the vehicle and causing catastrophic injuries to two of its occupants.
